On several occasions I have been able to solve problems that other technicians could not. One older lady had an air conditioner that was constantly breaking down, due to bad advice given to her by friends and other tradesmen. For years her system was breaking down, costing her tons of money and discomfort, and she was at her wits end and overwhelmed with emotion. I took the time to listen to her, talk her through the problems, and fixed the issue permanently. She was completely overjoyed and embraced me in a warm hug. Her sincere appreciation is a memory I’ll always cherish.
